Salem ATWS Events Item 1.2, Post Trip Review; Data and Information Capabilities for Sequoyah Enclosed is a copy of the Technical Evaluation Report '(TER) prepared by the Science Applications International Corporation. This report contains the preliminary technical evaluation of the TVA response on Sequoyah to the NRC Generic letter 83-28.
As noted in the TER, your response fails to meet the review criteria of Generic letter 83-28 in several areas; or insufficient information was provided to make a determination of the adequacy of the data and information capabilities.
Your prompt response to the open issues described in the TER would be appreciated.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
