submitted the third ten-year interval-inservice inspection program plan and associated requests for relief. , _

The NRC staff, with technical assistance fromiits contractor, the~ Idaho j National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) has reviewed and evaluated the -

information provided. As a result of the review, ~

i Ten-Year Interval Inspection Program and requests,we for' reliefhaveas approved appropriate, the Third l for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station except for request for relief PRR-13. 4 In addition, we note that request for relief PRR-22 was withdrawn.and that I requests for relief PRR-7 and PRR-18 were not required. The NRC staff's l Safety Evaluation and conclusions are contained in the enclosure. Also  !

enclosed is the INEL' Technical Evaluation Report.

In addition, we note that request for relief PRR-22 was withdrawn and that requests for relief PRR-7 and PRR-18 were not required. The NRC staff's Safety Evaluation and conclusions are contained in the enclosure. Also enclosed is the INEL Technical Evaluation Report.
