You have recently billed the Supply System the amount of $70,789.00 for WNP-3 review costs for the period June 24, 1984 through December 22, 1984.

As indicated to you in previous correspondence, the Supply System is a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington. We have certain requirements pertaining to documentation and verification of expenditures of public funds.

The Supply System is hereby transmitting payment of $70,789.00.

We do request that you transmit copies of the supporting documentation which provides the basis for the bill.
