Subject: Inspection Report No. 50-354/85-27
This transmits the findings of the May 28 - July 7,1985, inspection of Hope
Creek Generating Station by Messrs. A. R. Blough and S. K. Chaudhary, Those
findings have been discussed with Mr. A. Giardino of your staff.
As indicated in the enclosed Appendix A, this inspection identified one viola-
tion of NRC requirements involving several examples of failure to follow proce-
dures for implementing preoperational tests.
Please reply in accordance with
Appendix A.
Your reply need not address example A of the violation, since our
inspector has already verified your corrective actions.
