EVALUATION MEM0: NIAGARA M0 HAWK (NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION) REQUEST TO EXTEND SUBMITTAL DATE OF DOE /NRC FORMS 742, 742c, AND REQUIRED /RELATED 741s The licensee has requested, by means of a letter dated October 25,1985, and extension of the required (70.53(a)(1)) October 30,1985 (not the stated October 31,1985) submittal date of the 742 and 742c to November 15, 1985.

Also, a delay is requested to Nover.cer 15, 1985, to prepare and submit required and related 741 forms as required oy 70.54(a) and NUREG/BR-0006 (Revision 2).

The licensee states the following reason for the request (excerpted from his October 25, 1985 letter).

"Due to failure of the process computer program 00-12 " Isotopic Composition of In-Core Fuel", completion of the 00E/NRC-742, 742c and 741 form by its (their) due date of October 31, 1985 will not be possible. The required information is currently being assembled by General Electric Co. in San Jose California using a backup method. This data will not, however, be available in time to allow the completion of these reports by their i due date. We would, therefore, like to re requirement of 10 CFR 70.53 (and 70.54(a)) quest an15, until November extension 1985." of reporting On November 4,1985, I called J. T.
