Dear Mr. Dolan:
By letters dated September 30, 1985 and October 21, 1985, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.49, Indiana and Michigan Electric Company requested an extension of time beyond November 30, 1985, to complete environmental qualification of electrical equipment at its Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 2.
Upon consideration of your September 30 and October 21 letters the Commission has approved your request.
An order detailing the Commission's reasons for its action on your extension request will be issued in the near future.
