Although the subpoena commanded your attendance on December 13, 1985, you have advised-me that you were never served with the subpoena nor check we had oricinally issued.

Eccause the process server has certified he served an individual claining to bo Danny I!cIley, I am serving the subpoena again, together with a new check. I understand that there nay have been some confusion because your residence is very difficult to locate, and I appreciate your willingness to accept the subpoena and check at the Braidwood Station.

Because I have not had an opportunity to discuss a schedule for your deposition with the other parties, I . can only advise you at this time that it will probably take place sometime this month. I will let you know a specific date as soon as I can.
