, I have enclosed for filing with the Secretary of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission the original and two copies of subpoenas for the depositions of Myra Sproull, Larry Phillips, Donald Coss, Richard Snyder, Timothy Stewart, I Danny Holley, Robert Hunter, and IIerschel Stout, together with returns of service. In addition, I have enclosed copies of letters to these eight deponents concerning ar-rangements for their depositions. Please note that there are two returns of service as to Mr. Holley. Although an individual claiming to be Mr. Holley accepted service i

on November 30, 1985, Mr. Holley advised me subsequently that he had not been served. Service as to Mr. Holley was definitively achieved on January 7, 1986.

By copy of this letter, I am also confirming that these depositions were postponed to a future date to be agreed upon by the parties. Mr. Stout's deposition was post-poned at his request and the remaining seven by agreement of counsel for the parties. Counsel for Applicant has contacted the deponents and will make necessary arrangements to re-schedule the depositions.
