VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 REACTOR CONTAINMENT BUILDING INTEGRATED LEAK RATE TEST REPORT - SUPPLEMENTAL INPORMATION In - my letter to you. dated February 6, 1985 (Serial No.85-072) we transmitted copies of our reports for the Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leakage Rate Test, Types A, B, and C for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.

Previously, we had made a commitment to NRC Region II' that the ILRT report would include a description and analysis of identified

leakage, leakage repair and adjustment, the as found containment conditions and a proposed integrated leak rate test schedule (letter from Mr. H. C. Dance, NRC Region II, to Mr. W. L. Stewart, VEPCO, dated October 5,1984, Report No. 50-338/84-29). Enclosed is additional information' that will fulfill our commitment.

Enclosures 1 and 2 are revisions to Section 4 of the test reports for Units 1_and 2 respectively, that were sent to you in February.' This material should be used to replace the pages that are currently in Section 4 of the reports.

The leakage repair and adjustments performed are provided in the revised sections.

Finally, in accordance with North Anna Unit 1 Technical Specificat' ion 4.6.1.2.b (Containment Leakage - Surveillance Requirements), we request approval to perform the next Unit 1 Type "A" test during the refueling outage following the completion of Cycle 6 operation. This refueling outage is currently scheduled to begin on May 1,1987.

This program identifies possible valve problems, the problems are then evaluated for possible resolution and then a resolution is implemented. Much of this program is in place bet it will continue to be enhanced based on future local leak rate tests.
