Inspection No. 50-333/85-30
A routine safety inspection was conducted by Ms. M. Miller of this office on
November 18-22, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-59.
Discussions of our findings were held by Ms. Miller with yourself at the con-
clusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. The inspection of your
Interim Waste Storage Facility and the improvements to your Radiation Pro-
tection Program and to your Post Accident Sampling Systems consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the violations
brought to your attention in letters dated May 10 and June 21, 1985. We have
no further questions regarding your actions at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter
is appreciated.
