dated July 29, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNH-1168 is hereby amended to authorize the receipt, possession, and storage of ' natural uranium oxides. Accordingly, '

the dates of May 28, and July 29, 1985, are added to item 9 of your license and Conditions 6J 7J, 8J. and 26 are added to read as follows:

Condition 6.J. Uranium, natural Condition 7.J. Oxides, any Condition 8.J. 910,000 kilograms uranium N Condition 26. The freight con +.ainers in which the drums of natural .

uranium oxides are stored shall reet the requirements of strong, tight packsges required by 49 CFR 173.426 (b)(1) for low specific activity (LSA) radioactive materials.

All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.

The above conditions were discussed with your Hr. J. P. Watters on August 6,198b.

Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this anendment.
