This refers to your August 17. 1985 application for approval of your Qual-ity Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages.
1 Enclosed is a copy of revised 10 CFR 170, which became effective June 20.

for all accumulated NRC costs o_r, upon completion of the review, whichevar occurs sooner. The total fee assessed will be based on the actual NRC cost (professional staff-hours) to process the application as well as any con-tractual cost incurred.
