We have received a copy of your application dated December 28, 1984
' which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR)
.for review. This ' application related to Low Temperature Overpressure Protection and was submitted for review and approval in response to License Condition 2.C.(12) of License No. NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant Unit No.1.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20,1984, were not remitted with your application. This revised rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendnent, relief, exemption and other request. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required application fee of $150 for your December 28 request. Tour Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
