Faddam Neck Plant and Pillstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 64 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddan Neck Plant; Amendment No.105 to Provisinnal Ooeratino License No. DPR-24 for Millstone Unit 1; and Amendment No.103 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-65 for Millstone Unit ?.
These amendments are in response to your application

dated May 18, 1983.
For the Haddam Neck Plant, this amendment deletes Section 6.14. " Environmental Qualification" and removes a reference to the deleted section from the Records section of the Haddam Neck Plant Technical Specifications.
For M'illstone Units 1 and 2, this amendment deletes Section 6.13 " Environmental Oualift:ation," renumbers the subsequent sections of the technical specifications to reflect the deleted section and removes a reference to l
the deleted section from the Records section of the respective plant's technical specifications.
The final rule on Environrental Oualification (EO) of Electrical Equipment Important to Safety for Nuclear Power Plants (10 CFR 50.a0), published in the Federal Reoister on January 21,1983 (48 FR 2729), as amended on November 19,1984 (49 FR 45576), contains the current schedular requirements for completion of the environmental qualification progran and the reouire-ments for maintaining an auditable record of all equipment qualification documentation. The deletion of the plant-specific EO TS would not elirinate plant conformance to 10 CFR 50.49(o) and (j) but would eliminate a situation where the TS do not reflect the current environmental qualification requirements of 10 CFP 50.49.
