USE OF ARMED RESPONDERS TO PERFORM COMPENSATORY MEASURES NRC letter dated October 11, 1985 transmitted the NRC's determinations as a result of Consumers Power Companys responses concerning the use of armed responders for compensatory duties. In response to those determinations Consumers Power Company is transmitting the attached clarification.
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
