The Checklist (CKL) EG-120, Revision 5, " Component Cooling Water System -
Valv'e, Switch, and Breaker Lineup,!' has been established in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50; Appendix B, Criterion V.

l Contrary to the above, CKL EG-120 was inappropriate to the circumstances in.that Valves EG-V 160, 161, 171, and 172 were opened in accordance twith Checklist A of CKL EG-120 when the valves should have been closed
.due to the'1evel gage between-the valves being nonseismic.
This is"a Severity Level-IV violation.(Suppleme.nt I.D).(50-482/8537-01).
