J On September 11,1996, letter W3F1-96-0141 was submitted to request approval for deleting the Code required VT-2 examination of specific Class 3 piping in a covered pipe trench. Upon further review, it was decided to withdraw this request.
The subject piping will be examined in accordance with ASME Code Case N-498-1 as authorized by the Safety Evaluation issued to Waterford 3 on March 29,1995.
