. Notice of non-Routine Event in an Agreement State No. 79-11 was issued fs May 15, 1979. The notice reports an industrial rggiography incident on- 5:

.- 3. The State of Illinois Senate passed a bill on 5/14/79 which would -rg=J 8* prohibit shipment of spent fuel into Illinois for storage. Storage ==_5 of spent fuel generated in Illinois would still be pennitted. The 2T.1 Illinois House has not acted on the proposal. -;

site has sent a letter to the President of the United States with M copies to certain Congressman. Information is that the letter M-refelets on the adequacy of the site security program.
