Urging Establistcent of Certain Criteria Regardinq fluclear Generatino facilities idEREAS, the recent nuclear accident which occurred at the Three-Mile Island fluclear facility'near Middletown, Pennsylvania, has caused grave contern throughout the County and the ptiblic has been made painfully aware of the dangers thich are inherent in. nuclear generating facilities; and l!!!EREAS, this Board believes that certain criteria should be established f regarding nuclear generating facilities; ,

1. That this Board expresses its support for Assembly Bill fio. 3037 .

, amending R.S. /18:2-21 providing certain requirements dealing'with nuclear t

power plants.  :

2. Thit this board further urges the following criteria be established
