I was reading oi r 2-95-008. i spo 'to murphy about it.
i this is a case wh re doliny fou mination but we did not. the issue i have in this case is that it does not app of obtained a copy of the dol narrative report. granted, sometimes I
these are not worht much but sometimes they are they may provide leads etc. it seems to me that we should routinely get a copy of the dolinv and make contact with the investigator to j
discuss the case. if they have already done an inv or gotton started, it may help us. especially if we disagree with there conclusion we should have a good understanding why we differ. see i
recommendation ll C-8 of nureg 1499.
i would like to suggest that oi inv routinely get info from del and dialogue with their inv. I hope h4 you agre. let's discuss. maybe we can bring this up during the osha nre meeting.
