In accordance with your application dated October 10, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, ~ Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authorize the disposal of industrial waste products con-taining uranium.
Condition 9 of Materials License No. SNM-1097 is revised to read:

Authorized Use:
For use in accordance with statements, representations, and conditions of Part I of the licensee's application dated May 14, June 20, September 24, October 23, November 12, November 20, December 3, and December 19, 1984; and February 6, July 10, July 12, July 30, and October 10, 1985.
All.other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of our Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact.
