Request for Additional Information for the Review of the Model No. HI-STAR 100MB Package (Letter from Pierre Saverot (NRC) to Brian Seawright (Holtec) dated April 14, 2020)

Dear Mr. Saverot,

By letter dated April 14, 2020 (referenced), NRC staff documented their requests for additional information (RAI) that is required to complete the detailed technical review of the HI-STAR 100MB transport package amendment request 9378-1. NRC requested that Holtec provide additional information by May 30, 2020.

Due to the need for additional testing and benchmarking of material required to appropriately respond to NRCs request, Holtec is unable to submit additional information by May 30, 2020.

The RAI responses will be submitted to NRC staff on or before July 31, 2020.
