Final 10CFR50.55(e) Report; DS-416 Reactor Trip and Bypass Breaker Undervoltage Trip Attachment - Unit 1 Corrective Action Completed (CDR-83-00-07)

Dear Sir:

In Reference (c), we committed to a corrective action of replacing the undervoltage trip attachment on the Westinghouse DS-416 reactor trip and bypass circuit breakers because of the potential for misoperation of the attachment and the reactor trip switchgear. The replacement of the defective trip attachments has been completed for the Unit 1 circuit breakers.

Accordingly, we consider this the final report on this item for Unit 1.

The replacement of the undervoltage trip attachments for the Unit 2 circuit breakers has not yet been completed and is being tracked by a Non Conformance Report (NCR). You will be informed when the corrective action for the Unit 2 equ:.pment has been completed.
