FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS General Electric Company hereby submits proposed revisions (dated 8/21/85) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility ir. Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the changes made which require NRC approval prior to implementation, and Attachment 2 contains the revised pages.
Pursuant to 10 CPR 2.790(d), General Electric requests this information be withheld from public disclosure as this' material identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
Pursuant to 10 CPR 170.31, a GE check for $150 will be transmitted to'the License Fee Management Branch under separate cover.
