Gentlemen-
This refers to the special safety inspection conducted during the period of
June 10 through August 15, 1985, of activities at the LaSalle County Nuclear
Power Station.
It has come to our attention that the report issued as a result
of this inspection contains typographical errors incorrectly identifying our
tracking numbers on page 5 item b as 374/85023-01D and the first two itmes on
page as 10 374/85018-08 and 374/85018-09. The correct designation on page 5
should be 374/85018-01D and on page 10 should be 374/85018-03 and 374/85018-04.
A copy of the corrected pages is attached. Please update your records to reflect
the corrected tracking numbers.
