APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this license.
The proposed changes to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications seek to amend certain portions of the Table of Contents, Section 1 (" Definitions") and Section 6
(" Administrative Controls") of Appendix A to the Operating License commensurate with Generic Letter No. 83-43
(" Reporting Requirements of 10 CFR 50, Sections 50.72 and 50.73, and Standard Technical Specifications") dated December 19, 1983.
The proposed changes to the Technica7 Specifications are presented in Attachment I to this Application.
The Safety Evaluation is included in Attachment II.
