DDCKET NO. 70-1113 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of August 15, 1985, which trans-mitted a revision dated August 15, 1985, to the GE Wilmington Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Our review of the change has found it to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, it is acceptable ~for inclusion into the plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type speci-fied in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
