SEPTEMBER 25, 1985, FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT EMERGENCY EXERCISE PACKAGE A review of the exercise package recently provided has not satisfied the concerns previously expressed in our August 8, 1985, letter acknowledging receipt of the scope ar.d objectives for subject exercise. Specifically, in our review of the scenario, it is not apparent that the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) personnel will be suff'cient'y invc'ved to demonstrate the ability to accomplish the functions Cescribed in Section.II of your Emergency Plan. You may wish to develop and use, if necessary, exercise contirigency messages to ensure that EOF personnel will be exercised to the extent that you can demonstrate compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.IV.F.h.
Any further comments on this matter will be discussed with your Corporate Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
