i - This refers to your application dated August 30, 1985, requesting renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 6346 for the Model Nos. FSV-1 and FSV-1A packages. Because the certificate reference consists of an !
application and many supplements, we request that you submit a consolidated application with drawings incorporating all pertinent infomation from previous submittals. - Preferably, the information should be in the fomat of Regulatory Guide 7.9. Provide separate model numbers for each L cask configuration (two lid closures and with and without impact limiters)
! and shielded liner and basket. Also, provide a tabulation of the various 4
. configurations of the casks.(include drawing numbers, weights, contents, impact limiters, and cask configuration). Special. attention should be given to sections on Operating Procedures and Acceptance Tests and Maintenance Program to assure these sections are current. A consolidated 4
application was requested from GA Technologies Company in our letter of December 14,.1984. ,
L l The consolidated application should be submitted within 60 days from the

l The relationship between GA Technologies and Public Service Company of
' Colorado should be clarified relative to who the certificate holder of g record will be and also GA Technologies' status as a registered user.
