REPORT N0. 70-1113/85-01 Thank you for your responses of March 22, 1985, April 22, 1985, and July 26, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on February 21, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Wilmington facility under NRC License No. SNM-1097.
We have evaluated your responses and found that collectively they now meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
