Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 6 Under NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance through September 26, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, in accordance with the contractor's letter request dated February 18,1997, and (2) identify a new technical monitor, Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. The second paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from November 4, 1996 through September 26. 1997, with a cost ceiling of $51,167."
- 2. The technical monitor identified in the Statement of Work of the definitization letter is changed from " William Ford" to " James Park" All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
