Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. S Under NRC-02-96 004 i
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) extend the period of performance t
through September 26, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, in accordance with the contractor's letter request dated February
> -18,1997, and (2) identify a new project officer and technical monitor.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
1.
The second paragraph, first sentence, of the.definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from November 4, 1996 through September 26, 1997, with a cost ceiling of $51,167,"

The project officer identified in the definitization letter is changed from " Donna Umbel" to "Deborah DeMarco" 3.
The technical monitor identified in the Statement of Work of the definitization letter is changed from " William Ford" to " Janet Lambert."
.All other terms and ronditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations from the award date through the date of this action are provided below:
