NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/97-03;50-446/97-03
Dear Mr. Terry:
An NRC inspection was conducted February 3-7,1997, at your Comanche Peak Steam
Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 reactor facilities. At the conclusion of the inspection,
the findings were discussed with you and those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.
The inspector determined that you physical security prcgram was effectively implemented.
The material enclosed herewith ccs wins safeguards information as defined by
10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147
of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material will ng1 be
placed in the Public Document Room.
