Creed of this office to conduct an Enforcement Conference with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on September 17, 1985, at the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This meeting concerns the apparent security plan violation.
