This report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.3.d and 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V.B.,

with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 10.1.

Yo u will note that the first attempted test (June 9, 1985) was terminated primarily due to leakage through the valve packing of a torus vacuum relief valve, AO-2502B. Identified leakage sources were repaired and a second ILRT was completed succcessfully on June 10, 1985.
