FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE AUGUST 14,1996, FULL-PARTICIPATION PLUME EXPOSURE EXERCISE FOR THE HADDAM NECK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Dear Mr. Feigenbaum:
Enclosed is a letter from Mr. Louis E. Elisa ll, Regional Director, FEMA Region I, dated November 8,1996, transmitting the FEMA Region I report for the August 14,1996, full-participation plume exposure exercise.
There were no deficiencies and 17 areas requiring corrective action (ARCA) identified during the August 14,1996 exercise. Please provide assistance to the State of Connecticut to address and resolve the remaining ARCAs, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
