Docket No. 50-293 License No. DPR-35 The enclosed table, " Number of Personnel and Man-Rem by Work and Job Function", for the year 1996, is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Technical Specification (T.S.), Section 6.9.A.3, and as recommended by U.S. NRC Regulatory Guide 1.16.
The total dose measured by Self Indicating Dosimeter (SID) was 138.215 man-rem. SID measurements are used for tracking dose assigned to job functions. As required by T.S.
6.9.A.3, at least 80% of the total whole body dose received from external sources was accounted for via Radiation Work Permits assigned to specific major work functions.
