- 1. Payments made and' expenses incurrec' by the companies under this policy have reduced, in accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, the limits of the companirs' liability stated in Item 4 of the Declarations and in all Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsements.

It is agreed that:
- 1. In accordance with Condition 3 of the policy, payments made and expenses incurred by the companies' thereunder, from and after the effective date of Endorsement No. 80 has reduced by $11,666,629.47 all the stated limits of the companies' liability.
- 2. The current limit of the companies' liability, being the reduced limit in effect on June 30, 1985, is hereby restored by the sum of $11,666,629.47 but only with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nuclear energy hazard due to an extraordinary nuclear occurence which happens during the period from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of termination of the policy and arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of one or more of the two nuclear reactors situated at the location designated in Item 3 of the Declarations; provided, however, that such extraordinary nuclear occurence is determined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to be an " extraordinary nuclear occurence" pursuant to the provisions of its regulations and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and in effect on May 1, 1979.
- 3. The limits of liability stated in the policy shall not be cumulative. Each payment made by the companies af ter the effective date of this endorsement for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of
