Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Security Force Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 4 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated August 23, 1979, the August 1979 " Security Fcrce Training and Qualification Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was forwarded to the NRC. Revisions 1 through 3A of this Plan, submitted by letters dated September 3, 1930 and April 24, 1985, have been reviewed and approved by the NRC.
As a result of our continuing review and updating of this Plan, a number of changes have been made. Accordingly, pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copies of a description of the changes and of Revision 4 to the August 1979 Security Force Training and Qualificat!on Plan, which is notification of the changes. The changes are identified with a vertical line in the right-hand margin and a number 4 corresponding to the revision number. The changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards offectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards information" as specified in 10CFR 73.21 and should be protected against unauthcrized disclosure, j
