This refers to the routine safety inspection of the Millstone Nuclear Power Sta-
tion, Unit 3 and to discussions of our findings held by our Senior Resident In-
spector, Mr. T. Rebelowski, with Mr. Orefice and other members of your staf f.
No violations were identified and no reply to this letter is required.
In addition, we received your July 17, 1985 letter forwarding your response to a
violation cited in NRC Inspection Report 50-423/85-16.
We will review this re-
sponse during routine inspection.
