dated January 24, 1997 In the referenced letter, we committed to provide any further proposed changes to Technical Specification (TS) 3.8.1, "AC Sources - Operating" resulting from our re-review of our implementation of the Technical Specification Improvement Program (TSIP) by February 21, 1997.
Due to the extent of the ongoing review process and the scope of the changes to TS 3.8.1, we have determined that additional time will be required to finalize the submittal. Our current schedule for submittal of the proposed a
change is March 21, 1997.
