Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 You were required by Generic Letter 83-28, dated July 8, 1983, Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 to review the Millstone-1 Technical Specifications for post-maintenance testino requirements that may degrade rather than enhance safety. You responded by letter dated November 8, 1983. Our review of your responses as documented in the enclosed contractor's report (ES&G-EA-6918) finds that your responses to G.L. 83-28 Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 are acceptable.
