SUBJECT:
"SH0LLY" STATISTICS Enclosed is the update of the Sholly statistics covering the period May 6,1983 through July 31, 1985. The format has been changed to include latest month, current quarter and fiscal year totals as well as cumulative totals from May 6, 1983.
One request for hearing was received on June 29, 1985 on an application limit of the fuel for amendment to the Pilgrim license to raise the K f storage pool from 0.90 to 0.95 for normal conditionI.f The application was noticed on May 21, 1985. The ASLB issued a Memorandum and Order on July 19, 1985, dismissing the request (untimely filing with no good cause shown for late filing; no valid ground for intervention stated by petitioner). The petitioner filed an exception to the dismissal on July 27, 1985. On July 31, 1985, the ASLAP issued an Order extending the date for appeal to August 14, 1985.
Future reports will be updated on a monthly basis, covering a calendar month instead of bi-weekly periods, thus ensuring greater accuracy of the figures after the end of the month (hopefully no more than 5 working days)possible and easier recordkeeping.
