1985, and effective October 1, 1985.
We submit it to you in fulfillment of a requirement in Section 1.3 of the Final Environmental Statement (NUREG-1074), December 1984.
As the FES points out, the New Jersey Department of Environ-

mental Protection now addresses Federal Clean Water Act Section 401 requirements within the permit.
Accordingly, we believe that PSE&G has obtained all non-NRC approvals necessary for granting the operating license.
