By letter dated July 1$,'1985, you submitted'a report prepared by Combustion Engineering (CE) entitled, " Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 Cycle 5 Shoulder Gap Evaluation" and' requested that it be withheld'from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.7f0.'
The request is supported by an affidavit signed by S. T. Brewer of CE dated July 10, 1985.
CE maintains-thatLthe report contains information of a type customarily held in confidence by CE and not mailable in public sources. CE believes that public disclosure of the information would reduce its competitor's cost in acquiring and applying the information and,;thus, would harm CE's competitive position.s i
