This is to inform the Commission of the implementation of Amendment Number 116 to Callaway Facility Operating License No. NPF-30.
Amendment Number 116 approved changes to Technical Specification 3/4.4 and the associated Bases section.
These changes allow the installation of laser welded tube sleeves in the Callaway Plant steam generators.
The changes have been issued to all controlled Technical Specification holders and became effective on October 14, 1996.
