'de have completed our review of the revision made to the " Physical Security Plan for Receipt and Storage of SNM of Low Strategic Significance" for the
" River Bend Station," submitted by your letter (RBG-21,459) dated July 2, 1985.
Based on our evaluation, we have determined that the revision made to the Plan does not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and is therefore acceptable.
Accordingly, the approved " Physical Security Plan for Receipt and Storage of SNM of Low Strategic Significance" for the " River Bend Station" consists of Revision 0, dated June 18, 1984; as amended by Revision 1 (Figure 4-4) dated November 2, 1984; Revision 1 (Pages 3-1 and 4-1) dated January 9, 1985; Revision 2 (Page 4-2) dated January 9, 1985; Revision 1 (Pages 6-1, A-2 and A-3) dated January 18, 1985; and by Revision 3 (Page 4-3, Paragraph 4.2.3.1) dated.
June 20, 1985.
He have determined that the Plan contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
