The enclosed technical specifications for Millstone 3 are being forwarded to you at this time for proof and review. Please provide your comments no later than September 3, 1985.
l It should be noted that proposed changes to the Millstone Unit 3 Technical Specifications which you provided by letter dated July 5,1985 are not addressed in the proof and review document. These changes include N-1 Loop Operation, the Westinghouse Optimization Program (WCAP 10271), and revised ventilation technical specifications to reflect ANSI N510-1980. We plan to include this information as appropriate in the Final Draft of the Technical l
