SUBJECT:
ALLEGATION RECEIVED BY THE NRC OFFICE OF NMSS, REGARDING HYDRO RESOURCES, INC.
Attached is a copy of an allegation received by the NMSS Allegations Coordinator, regarding a number of concerns involving Hydro Resources, Inc.
(HRI), which currently has an application pending in NMSS for a uranium recovery facility.
We are transferring this allegation to you, for coordination, review, and followup, with the State of Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission.
NHSS is interested in reviewing the results of any investigation by the State as it relates to the HRI application for a uranium recovery facility, currently pending in NMSS.
