REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT ERRATA
Dear Mr. Briggs:
This letter is in response to a telephone conversation between Mr. Mark Satorius and you on January 27, 1995. During this conversation, you requested a copy of the transcript errata to a February 16, 1994 Office of Investigations (01) transcript of an interview with your client, Mr. Vincent J. Polizzi. The interview was transcribed as part of the O! review that resulted in the scheduling of an enforcement conference with your client on February 8, 1995. Mr. Polizzi submitted the transcript errata to the OI investigator following the interview.
After consultation with 01, we have decided that it would be appropriate to provide the transcript errata to you. Accordingly, a copy of this document is enclosed. We will delay placing a copy of the enclosed transcript errata in the NRC's Public Document Room until the 01 Report is made public.
In accordance with NRC standard practice, the 01 Report will be withheld until a determination has been made on the need for enforcement action.
